Confidentiality

All guests visiting Bellwood must sign a Confidentiality Agreement to guarantee the safety and confidentiality of all our clients.

Visiting Hours

Visiting hours are permitted on Saturday, Sunday and holidays at the end of the day’s program and with the approval of Bellwood’s clinical team. Please ensure that you talk to our clinical staff about our visitation policy before inviting your family members and friends.

Telephone Calls/ Messages

You may use the telephone during non-program hours. Family members and close friends may call (416) 495-0926 and leave a message. Our nursing team will post incoming messages for you on the client message board after 5:00 pm. We do not provide email, fax or Internet services.

Mail correspondence

We encourage you to invite family members to write to you. Mail can be addressed to:

Vehicle Usage and Parking

Parking spaces are available onsite at no charge. You can drive your car only on Saturdays and Sundays and only with an approved pass from our clinical team.
