Laura Bhoi, MBA, Hon BA , President
Laura Bhoi has worked at Bellwood Health Services since 2005 as Vice President of Strategic Development, and recently moved into the role of President. Laura has worked in healthcare and marketing management for the last 12 years. She holds a Masters of Business Administration from McMaster University, an Honours Bachelor of Arts Degree from Queen's University (major in Psychology) and an Addiction Studies certificate from McMaster University.

M. Linda Bell, ICADC, FACATA, CCS , CEO, Bellwood Health Services
Linda has lectured and designed addiction training programs for business, industry, and health care organizations across North America, including the Canadian Department of National Defence and the United States Navy. From 1971 to 1983, Linda was Department Head of Family Services and Training Programs, The Donwood Institute, Toronto. In 1990 and 1991, Linda was appointed a member of the Treatment Advisory Committee to the Ontario Government’s Provincial Anti-Drug Secretariat. She was the first Canadian to be appointed a Fellow of the American College of Addiction Treatment Administrators.

Janet Lansche, CA, Hon BA , Vice-President, Finance & Administration
Janet Lansche has overall responsibility for financial reporting, information technology and treasury functions for Bellwood Health Services. Prior to joining Bellwood, she spent 18 years with PricewaterhouseCoopers, providing Assurance and Business Advisory Services to a variety of multinational public and private companies. Janet obtained her Honours B.A. with a Specialist in Commerce and Economics from the University of Toronto, and has her Chartered Accountant designation.

Susan McGrail, MSW, RSW, PhD (Can) , Director of Clinical ServicesSusan McGrail has worked in the field of mental health and addictions for over 20 years, holding increasingly responsible positions as clinician, researcher, educator, trainer and administrator. She holds a Master's degree in social work and is currently a Ph.D. candidate at the Institute of Medical Sciences, University of Toronto in the area of mental health/ ethics and the workplace. Susan has assisted many organizations develop policies and carry out interventions to deal with addiction and mental health problems. Susan's professional experiences include senior management positions in the field of addiction treatment, corrections, institutional adult mental health and disability. Susan is a well-respected subject matter specialist in trauma response, conflict management, mediation, performance management and workplace conduct issues. Susan's responsibilities at Bellwood include leading Bellwood's estimable interdisciplinary clinical team and overseeing all clinical programs. |
